I am an atheist who married a devoted Christian. I routinely go to church with my wife, not to worship, but to enjoy the company of wonderful people. I am not hypocritical, the church knows of my believes and they welcome me with open arms, nobody is offended by my presence, and I often learn valuable life lessons. I have developed good friendship with all the pasters and their families. There is no execuse why you cant have basic civility and etiquette around people who have different believes.
