The younger generation has nothing to do with Russia though many can speak Russian albeit with an accent. Now, there is a zero chance a young generation will move to Russia. My son visited Russia. Though he could communicate with the locals, it is a strange foreign country for him.

Why does ANYONE live where their ancestors DIDN’T live ?
